Planning for Health and Safety
All operational areas of Kessel Paving & Concrete implements health and safety plans to ensure continuous improvement in this critical aspect of our activities. The delivery in such plans is overseen by relevant senior managers and monitored by the divisional health and safety manager.
Responsibility for Health and Safety
The managing director is responsible for the implementation of our health, safety, and welfare policy with the oversight of the policy requirements delegated to the health and safety director. The policy also specifies the individual health and safety responsibilities of managers and all other employees. This means that in everything we do, we expect our employees to consider accidents and respect not only their own safety, but the safety of fellow employees, customers, or members of the public.
Setting a Standard for Health and Safety
